Google Drive Desktop App UI is Blank White

Our Google drive formerly Backup & Sync was working great up until recently. The UI in the taskbar has gone white blank. After trying to uninstall and reinstall, the Sign in page is also blank white. It has happened to 2 members of my staff and is very frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 
Things I have tried:
  1. Uninstalling, Reinstalling
  2. Restarting Computer
  3. Disabling Firewall
  4. Deleting Cache

Having the exact same issue as OP across a few hundred machines.  In addition, on every machine that has this issue.  Google Drive is using a Large amount of CPU resources. 

Windows 10 1809 and 1909.  
Google Drive Version: 46.0.3.0

i have the same issue.  If i uninstall and install previous version it works just fine, until it auto updates to latest.

I am running win10 pro.  

Only happens once updated to latest googledrive app.  If go back to filestream it works as expected.  Any thoughts to try?

Any update to this issue?
We had a few users who previously had this issue and we would uninstall and then re-install Google Drive and it would fix it for them but I currently have one user that this did not work for.  After an uninstall, restart and re-install, he was still presented with the blank white UI.  Uninstalled 46.0.3.0 and reinstalled 45.0.12.0 and it worked just fine for the evening but updated throughout the night and the blank box is back.  We are running Windows 10 Pro 20H2.  I've heard rumors about 46.0.4.0 being out there to test for some people experiencing issues, any way we could test it?

As your issue will require advanced troubleshooting to diagnose, I’d encourage you to contact the Google workspace tech support department at https://goo.gl/eEaYNz  so that they can walk you through any specific processes required. you must sign into your admin control panel and then click on support then click on contact support to get the support options.

I too am noticing this on recent deployments - as earlier as today. System tray is all white just as shown. Would very much like to know a solution as we are gearing towards a large scale migration to Google Drive.
