I’m trying to generare transfer token but it’s impossibile beacouse checkbox ti accept terms in this page 


Is not clickable

Youu will need to check the box to accept the TOS  then the link will be clickable.

I ‘ve also tried with different workspace client account that I’ve to transfer but check box regina impossibile to click

As your issue will require advanced troubleshooting to diagnose, I’d encourage you to contact the Google workspace tech support department at https://goo.gl/eEaYNz  so that they can walk you through any specific processes required. you must sign into your admin control panel and then click on support then click on contact support to get the support options.
 
if  you unable access the Google workspace Support  contact them through the Google Cloud Support at  https://goo.gl/2AytBH
