During your free 14-day trial, you can downgrade your Google Workspace subscription. When your paid subscription starts, you'll only be charged for the new subscription. Or, you can cancel your subscription before paid service starts.
Note: Before you can downgrade or cancel your Google Workspace subscription, you need to complete the payment setup. Your chosen payment method will not be charged until your trial ends.

If you downgrade your subscription, you need to wait 90 days before you can upgrade to another edition.

Sign in to your Google Admin console.
Sign in using an account with super administrator privileges (does not end in @gmail.com).

In the Admin console, go to Menu BillingUpgrades and addons.

Next to the edition that you want to switch, click Upgrade, Downgrade, or Switch.

Review the impact that this change will haveclick Get started.

(Optional) To add a promotional code, for Flexible Plan, click Add promotion code and enter the code.

Click CheckoutPlace Order.
Cancel your subscription
Canceling your subscription immediately stops you from incurring new charges for Google Workspace services.
Important: After you cancel your subscription, Google Workspace data (such as emails, documents, calendar events) will be deleted. Before you cancel your subscription, you can save user data with the data export tool.

Sign in to your Google Admin console.
Sign in using an account with super administrator privileges (does not end in @gmail.com).

In the Admin console, go to Menu BillingSubscriptions.

Click your subscriptionCancel Subscription.

Select a reason for cancelingclick Continue.

Check the box to confirm you read the information and want to continue.
