Set up Google Meet for large organizations

Looking for ways to deploy and drive usage of Google Meet in your organization? Use the following resources, email templates, best practices, and other assets to transition your organization and users to Meet.

	Get guidance from a Google partner Reach out to a Google partner to create and execute your change management plan. For details, go to Find a partner.
	Get buy-in from leadership Have senior leaders send an email to employees encouraging them to use Meet. Encourage those leaders to visibly adopt Meet by using it to host their meetings.  For details, go to Adoption goals & templates to transition to Meet.
	Plan your rollout A staged rollout, such as the one below, helps your employees get used to the product, share feedback, and identify issues before Meet is launched across the whole organization.  Roll out Meet to your core IT team. This team can identify and address any technology, networking, or hardware issues your organization may face.  Roll out Meet to 5–10 percent of your organization. 	Train your employees Provide training materials and appoint Meet experts who can help train others.
