Add Voice to Google Workspace

Your organization needs Google Workspace before you can add Voice. If you don’t already have Google Workspace read, Sign up for Google Workspace and Set up Google Workspace.

For billing you need a Business account, not an Individual account. To learn more, read Enter or change GSTIN or other tax information.

Add a Voice subscription to Google Workspace

Once your organization has Google Workspace, follow these steps to add Voice:

  1. Sign in to your Google Admin console.

  2. In the Admin console, go to Menu and then Appsand thenAdditional Google services.
  3. At the top, click Add Services.

  4. Under Categories, click Google Voice.
  5. Below the Voice subscription you want to add, click Get Started.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to add Voice to your organization's Google Account.
