About your Drive Enterprise free trial

When you sign up for Drive Enterprise, you start with a 14-day free trial subscription. If you enter a payment method during signup, you're not charged until your trial ends. During your trial, up to 10 users can explore Drive storage, security, and collaborative editors.

Your Drive Enterprise trial is limited to 10 users. When you add an 11th user, you're prompted to end your trial. Your paid subscription then begins for all users.

Cancel your trial and delete your account

Before you begin: When you delete your account, all files stored in Drive and user accounts are deleted per Google’s Privacy Policy.

There are two ways to save user data:

  • Email-verified accounts, only: Remove the user from Drive Enterprise and they will retain their data in a personal, consumer Google Account. This option isn't available if you verified domain ownership for Drive Enterprise.
  • Tell users to export their data before you delete the entire Drive Enterprise account.

After you complete these steps, you won’t be able to access Drive or the Admin console.
