App Maker technical support

App Maker is an additional Google service for G Suite Business, G Suite Enterprise, and G Suite for Education Editions. Technical support can be requested and will be provided in a manner similar to G Suite Services.

App Maker service uptime and service credits

Google will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the App Maker web interface is operating and available to customers 99.9% of the time in any calendar month.

In case App Maker doesn't meet the above in a given month, eligible G Suite customers using App Maker may request and receive service credits. Requesting and calculating these credits will be similar to how they would be for G Suite Core Services as part of the G Suite Service Level Agreement:

< 99.9% - >= 99.0% 3
< 99.0% - >= 95.0% 7
< 95.0% 15

G Suite Basic users

If your domain includes users with G Suite Basic licenses, those users can't create apps with App Maker, and they can't use App Maker apps developed by others. You may need to inform App Maker developers that apps will be unavailable to G Suite Basic users.
