Google Drive Enterprise includes all Drive features without the cost of extra G Suite services you don’t need. You get the full power of Drive and G Suite administrative controls, but without G Suite services like Gmail, Calendar, Google+, and Meet.

Drive Enterprise provides the full suite of Drive features, including:

  • Google Vault. Retain, hold, search, and export Drive files to support your archiving, eDiscovery, and compliance needs. Learn more

  • Data loss prevention. Scan files for sensitive content to prevent users from sharing this content with people outside of your organization. Learn more

  • Robust audit logs. Monitor when your users view, create, preview, print, update, delete, download, or share Drive content. Learn more

Bonus services

Drive Enterprise is like G Suite Enterprise, but without core services such as Gmail, Calendar, Cloud Search, Google+, Hangouts, Meet, and classic Sites. 

Drive Enterprise does provide these services in addition to Drive:

  • Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, and Drawings. These Docs editors make collaboration easy, and are included with Drive at no charge.

    If you’d prefer to use Drive but not Docs editors, you can turn off the ability to create new Docs in your organization. Learn more

  • New Sites. Create and publish internal sites for teams, projects, or events, all without technical skills. Learn more

  • Directory. Admins and users can easily manage personal and global contacts. Learn more

  • Groups / Groups for Business. Create admin-controlled groups and mailing lists, host community forums or collaborative inboxes, or let users create their own groups. Learn more
