Limitation with Security Key Enforcement settings
On the security health page, Security Key Enforcement data is not displayed correctly for a domain with over 1,250 administrators.
Delay in accessing security center data for new G Suite Enterprise customers
For new G Suite Enterprise, G Suite Enterprise for Education, or Cloud Identity Premium Edition customers, there could be a delay of up to 36 hours in accessing data in the security dashboard and the security health page.
Externally shared files without any views are not yet shown in the File exposure report
When users share files externally, but these files haven’t been viewed yet, data about these externally shared files is not shown in the File exposure report.
Delays in security center queries for some domains
Domains with a low volume of sharing events (10,000 events or less per hour) may encounter delays of up to 80 minutes before Drive data is displayed in File exposure reports.
Discrepancy in data from the 2-Step Verification Enforcement report and data in the security center
There’s a discrepancy in data from the 2-Step Verification Enforcement report in the Google Admin console versus security health data for 2-step verification. The Admin console report does not show up-to-date information for 2-Step verification, and there may be a delay of a few days after enrollment before 2-step verification is enforced.
Domains are sometimes not displayed in the Domain column of Encryption reports
In Encryption reports, domain names are sometimes not displayed in the Domain column.
Google Spreadsheets and Presentations aren't reflected in File exposure report data until a user views it
If a user creates a new Spreadsheet or Presentation, and immediately closes the file with no additional actions, this doesn't count as a view in the File exposure report. A user must view the document before a view is reflected in the report.
After a file is shared with an external user, internal sharing events are counted as external shares
After a file is shared with an external user, internal sharing events for that file are counted as external shares in the File exposure report.
