From the security health page, you can monitor the configuration of the Calendar sharing policy setting.

Calendar sharing policy

By default, primary calendars are not shared outside of your domain(s). You have the option to change this configuration in your Calendar settings. For more details, see the table below.

Setting Calendar sharing policy

Specifies how many organizational units where the Calendar sharing policy is not set to Only free/busy information


Restrict external calendar sharing to only show free/busy status. This reduces the risk of data leaks.

How to configure this setting

In the Google Admin console, go to Apps > G Suite > Calendar > Sharing settings. Under External sharing options for primary calendars, select Only free/busy information (hide event details).

Effect on your users

Users will not be able to share information in Calendars with users of an external domain.
