As an administrator, you can help Gmail identify suspicious content by enabling enhanced pre-delivery message scanning.
When Gmail identifies that an email may be phishing, it might show you a warning or move the email to Spam. Enhanced pre-delivery message scanning improves how to identify suspicious content.
When Gmail detects suspicious content, it introduces a short delivery delay to perform additional checks. Gmail does this through a setting that can be turned on in your Admin console.
