Provide feedback

Your input is important. Please provide feedback to help us improve Meet. 

Tip: Additional details are automatically included when users submit feedback. For example, their web browser logs. This is turned on, by default, but G Suite administrators can turn this option off.


Before or during a video meeting, click the More  More menu and select Report a problem. This greatly enhances our ability to gather logs and troubleshoot issues.

You can also click Submit feedback at the end of the video meeting.

Tip: During a Meet video meeting, you can also click the More  More menu and select General > Report additional diagnostics to help improve this product. Click Done.  

Mobile device

  1. Open the Meet app.
  2. Tap Menu > Report a problem.
  3. Describe the issue or share your ideas.
  4. (Recommended) Select the option to include logs. Logs help our support  team identify the source of any problems.
  5. Tap Send Send.
