What's fixed

• OAuth token expiry interval is no longer hard coded to one hour. Lifetime is now extracted from the JSON response when a token is requested.
• Notes error codes exported from connector log database are now visible in output file.

What's fixed

• All day events spanning multiple days in Google Calendar were shortened to one day only in the Notes calendar.
• Notes calendars weren't updated correctly from Google Calendar if the Domino server's operating system date format was set to yyyy-mm-dd.
