Understand Google Sync limits

To keep our systems healthy, and your accounts safe, Google limits the number of requests any one user can make on a particular device with Google Sync. When the limit is reached, the system sends a notification message and temporarily stops accepting requests.

The following limits apply:

Request type Limit per day Short term limit Notes
Airsync

86,400 requests

900 requests per five minutes

Does not include ping command requests

Ping command

43,200 requests
