Simple import of mail, contacts, and calendars

As an administrator, you can turn on settings in the Admin console, and then give your users instructions to import their mail, contacts, and calendar events to G Suite.

If you are an individual user or have fewer than 20 users in your organization, here's what we recommend.

Webmail users

If you and your team access email through a web browser using Gmail, Yahoo!, Hotmail, iCloud, AOL, or another POP3 service, follow these steps:

1. Import email and contacts
Set your G Suite account for importing email. You and your users can then import email and contacts to G Suite.
2. Import calendar events to G Suite
Your users can download calendar events in a CSV or vCard file format and then import them into Google Calendar. Users can also import events directly from a different Google account. Learn how

Microsoft Outlook users

If your organization uses Microsoft Outlook®, you and your users can import emails, contacts, and calendar events to G Suite with the G Suite Migration for Microsoft Outlook tool. Learn how

Import only contacts and calendar events to G Suite

If you only need access to contacts and calendar, you and your users can:

  • Download calendar events in a CSV file format, then import them into Google Calendar. Learn how
  • Download contacts in a CSV file format, then import them into Gmail. Learn how
