Migrate from Outlook to G Suite

Here's how you can import your organization’s email, calendar, contacts, and other data from Microsoft® Outlook® to Gmail in G Suite.

Before you begin

To make sure your organization gets messages sent to old accounts during the migration to G Suite, tell your users to set up email forwarding in Outlook. For details, see your Outlook documentation.

Then, receive new Outlook messages in Gmail. For details, see Check emails from other accounts.

Note: Recommended for 20 users or fewer.

G Suite Migration for Microsoft Outlook (GSMMO)

  1. Set up GSMMO for your organization.

    Must be a G Suite super admin

  2. Instruct your users on how to run GSMMO.
Migrate email, calendar, and contacts on behalf of your users from PST archives.

G Suite Migration for Microsoft Exchange (GSMME)

Must be a G Suite super admin

GSMMO, if you have 20 users or fewer.

  2. Instruct your users on how to run GSMMO.
