I can't access the Admin console
The Admin console is where you, as an administrator, manage your G Suite users and services. If you signed up for G Suite, you are an administrator.
Your username is your email address from your domain (firstname.lastname@example.org), not your Gmail address. To retrieve your sign-in information:
- Go to admin.google.com. If you receive the message, “You need to use a G Suite account to log into Google Admin Console,” click Sign into a G Suite account to access Google Admin.
- From the sign-in screen, click Find my account and follow the instructions to retrieve your sign-in credentials.
G Suite accounts can have multiple administrators. Contact the person who administers your G Suite account to grant you administrator privileges.
You’re receiving this message because you are signed in to an account not associated with a G Suite account, for example, a Gmail account.
Click Sign into a G Suite account to access Google Admin and sign in using your administrator credentials. The sign-in email address is from your domain.
Check the domain name for typing errors. If the domain name is correct, your domain isn’t properly registered with G Suite:
Your domain isn’t signed up for G Suite
Sign up your domain for G Suite at https://apps.google.com.
You aren’t signing in with your primary domain address
Your G Suite account has a primary domain, but you might have added a secondary domain or domain alias to your account. Sign in to the Admin console with an email address from your account’s primary domain.
Your account has been deactivated or deleted
Your account is deactivated if you don’t verify ownership of your domain within a few days before the end of your free trial period. It’s also possible that an administrator in your organization deleted your account.
You can sign up again for G Suite at https://apps.google.com. It can take up to 7 days before you can use the domain with a new account.
