How users can migrate their own data

Google Workspace Migration for Microsoft Outlook

In some cases, your users can migrate their own mail, contacts, and calendar data from the legacy environment (where you're migrating data from). If most of your legacy data is stored locally, then delegating the migration steps to users works well. This tactic is commonly used when the legacy system uses the POP mail protocol. Users can migrate data at their own pace and without technical expertise. Training and support are provided.

The migration products listed below are for individual users to run. For administrator products that require no user input, go to Migrate your organization’s data to Google Workspace.
