Renew a canceled Annual Plan contract

Applies to G Suite and Cloud Identity Premium.

If you make payments for your Google service subscription on the Annual Plan, here’s what happens at the end of your term:

  • If you don’t do anything, your subscription automatically converts to the Flexible Plan.
  • If you turn on auto-renewal, your subscription continues on the Annual Plan for another term.
  • If you cancel your G Suite or [link]Cloud Identity subscription, your account will be suspended. You can lift the suspension and renew your contract by turning on auto-renewal in your Admin console.
  1. Sign in to your Google Admin console.

Sign in using your administrator account (does not end in @gmail.com).

  2. If an error message appears, click Fix This.

If no message appears, from the Admin console Home page, go to Billing.

  3. To the left of the relevant subscription, click the Down arrow Down Arrow .
  4. In the expanded section next to Renewal options, click Change.
  5. Select Auto-renew my contract.
  6. Click Save.

After you turn on auto-renewal, your service will be restored.
