Restore a suspended account

Applies to G Suite, Google Drive Enterprise, and other paid subscriptions in your Google Admin console.

If you sign in to your Google Admin console and see that your organization's Google Account has been suspended, here's how to restore service.

Monthly payment failed

If we can't successfully charge your billing account for a monthly payment and you don't fix the problem within 30 days, we'll suspend your service.


Free trial expired

If you haven't yet set up billing and your free trial ends, we'll suspend your service until you do.


Annual contract was canceled

(Annual Plan customers, only). If you cancel your annual contract, we'll suspend your service until you restore your contract.


Domain registration through Google expired

If you buy your domain through Google and manage domain renewals in your Admin console, your service can be suspended if you let your annual domain registration expire. If you don't renew quickly, you also risk losing ownership of your domain:
