Can't set up billing with bank account
Applies to G Suite, Cloud Identity Premium, and other paid services managed in the Google Admin console.
A technical issue currently prevents customers from selecting a bank account as a form of payment when setting up billing for your Google service.
As a workaround, customers can use a credit card to initially set up billing. Once the billing account is active, the bank account can be added as the primary form of payment on the Billing Settings page, and the credit card can be removed. More information is available here.
