Estimated payment more than I expected

Applies to G Suite and Cloud Identity Premium.

When I set up billing for my G Suite or Cloud Identity Premium subscription and select a billing plan, my estimated monthly payment is more than I expected.

Reduce your number of users

Your monthly payment is based on the number of user accounts you have in your Admin console when you set up billing. To lower your estimated cost when you set up billing, reduce the number of user accounts or licenses you're being charged for:

Enter a promotional code

Some Google partners might offer promotion codes for receiving a discount on a subscription. To get your discount,  enter your promotional code when setting up billing.

Consider choosing the Annual Plan

If you have a large organization, consider signing up for the Annual Plan, which might give you a discount per user.
