User PST files may be corrupt, or the MAPI profile is corrupt. If you observe errors 0x80040119 or 0x8004011b as mentioned in the column above, resolve that issue first. If taking the actions specified to correct PST corruption do not fully resolve the problem, the MAPI profile may be corrupt.

To resolve MAPI profile corruption, take these steps:

  1. Remove the user entirely from the BlackBerry Enterprise Server
  2. Run MFCMAPI on the BES server profile
  3. Delete the user's line in the profile
  4. Delete the cached PSTs for this user account
  5. Re-add the user to the BES

0x80be000e The Google Apps Connector is encountering problems while accessing certain database files. Typically this is because an anti-virus, backup, or desktop search program is accessing the files at the same time as the tool. Please ensure that these programs are either disabled or set to exclude the Cached PST directory on the server. Failure to exclude this directory can cause PST corruption. Failed to enable sync for private folder - unable to open contact This issue is addressed by RIM in the Blackberry Knowledge-base. Please try the steps in this Knowledge Base to see if the issue is resolved. Namely, at the end of the steps suggested, is Contacts checked in the "Private contact folders" section. If it wasn't checked and now is, they should check the user's blackberry to see if contacts are now being synced. If not, check the BES logs if the same message appears for that user ("Failed to enable sync for private folder - unable to open contact folder")   Blackberry Knowledge-base
