Enable Google Apps Sync

This feature is not available in the legacy free edition of Google Apps.

Before you or anyone else in your organization can use Google Apps Sync, it must be enabled in your Admin console. Sign in to your Google Admin console and make sure the following features are enabled:

  • The Enable Google Apps Sync and Google Apps Connector for my users option
  • Google Calendar service (so people in your organization can create user profiles)

Accessing your organization's Admin console requires having administrator privileges. If you don't have these privileges, ask someone to do this who does.
