Control who can access G Suite and Google services

If you're an administrator of Google Accounts for an organization, you can control who uses particular Google services from their account. Just turn the service on or off for those people in your Google Admin console. When users sign in to their account, they see only those services that are turned on for them.

For example, suppose you wanted your marketing team to use YouTube, and you wanted to turn that service off for everyone else. You would create an organizational unit for the marketing team and another for everyone else. You could leave the service turned on for just the marketing team and turn it off for the others.
