Gmail features for administrators

G Suite Gmail includes these key features to help administrators manage access to Gmail and the flow of email for their organizations:

Email whitelist

Specify IP addresses from which your users expect to receive legitimate email. Messages from addresses on your whitelist won't be marked as spam. Learn more
Email routing

Specify where inbound messages are delivered, for purposes such as G Suite pilot deployments, mail server coexistence, and archiving. You can route messages to a catch-all address or another mail server. Learn more
Inbound gateway

Use an SMTP server to route inbound messages to users at your domain, for purposes such as archiving, filtering, monitoring, and compliance. Learn more
Outbound gateway
G Suite and Education only
Route outbound messages from users at your domain to an SMTP server for purposes such as archiving, filtering, monitoring, and compliance. Learn more
Outbound relay Allow users to send outbound messages with a different "from" address, through an external SMTP server on which they have an account. Learn more
 
Note: Administrators can also turn on Gmail options for users, such as Gmail Labs, offline Gmail, POP and IMAP access, mail delegation, and more. Learn more
