Get support for a Marketplace app

Customer support, documentation, and warranty information for the apps you acquire through the marketplace are supplied by the vendor. These apps are not supported by the Google Apps support team.

The support link for a Marketplace app is provided on the service settings page for that app:

  1. On the Dashboard tab, do one of the following:
    • Click the Settings link to the right of the name of the app.
    • If you don't see a Settings link, click the name of the app instead.
  2. In the Support for this app section, click the support link.
