Customer support, documentation, and warranty information for the apps you acquire through the G Suite Marketplace are supplied by the vendor. These apps aren't supported by the G Suite support team.
A support link may be available on the details page of an app:
- Go to the G Suite Marketplace.
- Find the app and then click it to open the details page.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Support.
Note: Some developers may not offer a support link.
