Delegate access to your mail or calendar
With G Suite Sync for Microsoft® Outlook® (GSSMO), you can let an assistant or other peer in your organization access your G Suite account, to send mail or manage calendar invitations on your behalf. Depending on permissions you grant, the assistant (or delegate) can manage your mail and/or calendar from their own G Suite profile in Outlook, but they can't change your password or manage other parts of your account.
You set up mail and calendar delegation using your G Suite interface (not using Outlook's delegation settings or folder permissions as you do with Microsoft Exchange).
