Request more Education accounts

If you're using Google Apps for Education and your organization reaches the limit for the number of users you can add to your account, you can request more accounts from Google's Enterprise Support team.

Note: Requesting user accounts as described here applies only for Google Apps for Education customers.

You can see how many users are currently added to your account on the dashboard and Users pages of your Google Admin console. If you reach your limit, you'll see an alert on those pages, as well. To add more users, you'll have to request more accounts.

Request more user accounts by contacting the Enterprise Support team.

  1. Sign in to the Google Admin console.
  2. On the dashboard, click Support to see your options for contacting Enterprise Support.

After receiving your allotment for new users, you'll need to add the users to your account. For details, see Options for adding users.
