As your organization's administrator, you can let users transfer their phone number from their personal accounts to organizations' accounts. If the transfer is to an account managed by you, you’ll get an invitation to approve the transfer.
Review and accept a Voice phone number transfer

Sign in with an administrator account to the Google Admin console.
If you aren’t using an administrator account, you can’t access the Admin console.

- Click Numbers
View the request.
- In the Number transfer request window, click Decline or Accept.
- If you select Accept, select an option:
- Assign later—The number is transferred to the organization and remains in the organization's phone pool and is not assigned to a specific account. You can assign the number later in the Numbers page.
- Assign now—Click Add the service address
enter address details
click Assign number. The user gets an email confirming the transfer and assignment.
