Sign in using your administrator account (does not end in @gmail.com).

  4. In the Service status panel, click Policiesand thenSalesforce integration.
  5. Select the Organizational unit (OU) that you want to enable Salesforce integration for.
Admins can install different instances of Salesforce for different Voice organizational units.
  6. To enable the integration on the Voice setting side:
    1. Enter the Salesforce domain you want to integrate Voice with.
    2. Enter the integration username in the domain that you want to install the Voice connected app to.
    3. Click Install

You will be directed to the Voice Salesforce connecting page.

Step 2:

  1. Log in to Salesforce using the same Salesforce domain you used on Voice the Voice Settings page.
  2. On the Voice connected app install page, select the users that you want to install this integration for. Make sure that the users you enabled on the Voice Settings page as part of the organizational unit are also included here.

Step 3:

  1. Complete the setup by saving the changes on the Voice Settings page.
  2. Once you have installed the Voice connected app and saved the Voice policy settings, we will notify the enabled users about the integration and advise them to install the Voice Chrome extension through an in-app promo.

To turn off integration, go back to the Voice settings page, uncheck the policy, and click Save.

Note: We keep the SF domain address to make it easy for you to re-enable the integration. If you see the SF domain, it does not mean that the integration is enabled.

Final Steps

  1. Install the Google Voice Chrome Extension.
You’ll see a promo on the web or mobile app notifying you of the integration. Your calls will now be logged to matching Salesforce contacts.
  2. After you make a Voice call to a Salesforce contact from your web or mobile app, a Salesforce icon appears next to the contact in the call log indicating that the call is logged to Salesforce.
  3. (Mobile only) On our web application we will generate a link that will direct you to the newly created call log on Salesforce, where you will be able to make changes and add notes.

Note: We will notify you If a call can not be logged.
