Important: A user's preferred language affects the availability of Gemini features.
- All Gemini features are available to users who have their language set to English. Additionally, Gemini in Gmail and Google Docs accepts Spanish and Portuguese prompts and will respond in those languages.
- Gemini in Gmail and Google Docs is also available to users who have their language set to Spanish or Portuguese. However, these users don't have access to Gemini in Google Sheets, Slides, or Meet.
Availability for Education add-ons
New and existing customers can order Google Workspace with Gemini. For an Education add-on, you must be subscribed to a Google Workspace edition as shown below:
