Control who can add Google Groups to Spaces

Spaces members with space membership management permissions can add and sync Google Group members to Google Chat. Admins can limit this feature to group owners and managers.

Admins who oversee large organizations may want to set this feature so that only group owners and managers can add groups to spaces, to avoid many users adding large groups to spaces. By default, this feature is set so that anyone can add groups to Spaces.
