For the health and safety of our systems and your account, there’s a limit to the number of server requests a G Suite account can make at one time. When the limit is reached, the account is temporarily suspended.
When a user tries to sign in to a suspended account, an error message appears on the sign-in page. G Suite administrators can check the User list in the Admin console to find details about the limits reached and when access to the account will be restored.
How long is an account suspended?
Account suspension typically lasts an hour, but can last up to 24 hours. A user can sign in to their account after the suspension period, when request limits are automatically reset. Sometimes, G Suite admins can reset the Gmail account's suspension.

Important: If your account is suspended repeatedly, uninstall all extensions to determine if they're causing the problem by misusing Gmail.
