Download and print invoices or transactions

To keep a record of past transactions or monthly invoices from your Google billing account, print or export them from the Transaction history in your Google Admin console.

Go to your Transaction history

  1. Sign in to the Google Admin console.
  2. From the dashboard, click Billing.
  3. Next to your subscription, click Settings and choose Access billing account.

Print or export a range of transactions

To save a copy of the details in your transaction history:

  1. Go to your Transaction history, as described above.
  2. Select a date range from the drop-down menu above your transaction list.
  3. From the Export drop-down menu, choose one of the following:
    • Print selected history: Opens a window containing the transactions, which you can print using your browser's Print command.
    • Export all as CSV: Downloads a file to your desktop that lists transaction details in a .CSV file, which you can then import to a spreadsheet program.

Download and print a monthly invoice

To save a copy of an invoice for a particular month:

  1. Go to your Transaction history, as described above.
  2. Find the month you're interested in. To find a month in the past, select a date range from the drop-down menu above your transaction list.
  3. Underneath the month, click Documents.
  4. Open the invoice in one of the following formats:
    • CSV invoice: Downloads a file to your desktop that lists invoice details in a .CSV file, which you can then import to a spreadsheet program.
    • PDF invoice: Downloads the invoice to your desktop as a PDF file, which you can then print.

Don't see an invoice for a particular month? It might not be available, yet. Each month's invoice is available after the first day of the following month. Your April invoice, for example, is ready after May 1. If your invoice isn't available but you've made payments, you can always print a payment receipt.

Electronic invoices and VAT (European Union customers)
If your billing country is in the European Union, the electronic invoices you print from your account include:
  • Your payments
  • Our VAT ID
  • Your VAT ID (if you indicated it in your billing profile)

These invoices comply with the European Union requirements of the VAT Directive (Article 226, Council Directive 2006/112/EC) and are valid for your local tax authorities. Contact your tax advisor or local government if you have questions.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

The Google European headquarters is located in Dublin (Google Ireland Ltd.). So, Google Apps customers with a European Union billing address are billed and serviced according to Google Ireland Ltd.. VAT won’t be included in your Google Apps costs if your business address is within the EU, but outside of Ireland.

If these apply to you, you qualify to self-assess your VAT at your EU member state’s local rate.
