Download and print invoices or transactions

To keep a record of transactions or monthly invoices from your Google billing account, print or download them from your Google Admin console.

Note: If you’re deleting your G Suite account, you should both download and print your invoices as described here and print your payment receipts.

Print or download a range of transactions

  1. Sign in to your Google Admin console.

Sign in using your administrator account (does not end in @gmail.com).

  2. From the Admin console dashboard, go to Billing.
  3. Next to your subscription, click Actions and then Access billing account.
  4. Under Transactions, click View Transactions and Documents.
  5. Select a date range from the drop-down menu above your transactions.
  6. You can:
    • Print selected history—Click Print Print to the right of the date range. This opens a window showing the transactions. Print them with your browser’s Print command.
    • Download all as CSV—Click Download Download to the right of the date range. This downloads a CSV file that lists the transaction details. You can then import the records into a spreadsheet.

Download and print a monthly invoice

You can download an invoice as a PDF or CSV file. Print the PDF or import the information from the CSV into a spreadsheet program.

  1. Sign in to your Google Admin console.

Sign in using your administrator account (does not end in @gmail.com).

  2. From the Admin console dashboard, go to Billing.
  3. Next to your subscription, click Actions and then Access billing account.
  4. You can:
    • Print one of your 2 most recent invoices—Under Transactions, to the right of the invoice you want, click Download Download. Select whether to download the invoice as a PDF or CSV file. You’re done with this procedure.
    • Print an older invoice—Go to step 5.
  5. Under Transactions, click View Transactions and Documents.

The last 3 months of transactions are shown. The current month’s appears at the top.

  6. To search for a month that’s not displayed, select a date range from the drop-down list above your transactions.
  7. Underneath the date range, to the right of Documents, click the Down arrow Down Arrow.
  8. Download a CSV file or print a PDF files by clicking Download Download or Print Print to the right of the date range. Or in the Documents header, click the linked file number beneath CSV Invoice or PDF Invoice.

Note: Don’t see an invoice for a particular month? It might not be available yet. Each month’s invoice is available after the first day of the following month. For example, your April invoice is ready after May 1. Also, official PDF invoices may take up to a week to be available after CSV invoices. If your invoice isn’t available but you’ve made payments, you can always print a payment receipt.

Electronic invoices and VAT (European Union customers)

If your billing country is in the European Union (EU), your electronic invoices include:

  • Your payments
  • Our value-added tax (VAT) ID
  • Your VAT ID (if you indicated it in your billing profile)

These invoices comply with the EU requirements of the VAT Directive (Article 226, Council Directive 2006/112/EC) and are valid for your local tax authorities. Contact your tax advisor or local government if you have questions.

Note: The Google European headquarters is located in Dublin (Google Ireland Ltd.). G Suite customers with an EU billing address are billed and serviced according to Google Ireland Ltd. VAT won’t be included in your G Suite costs if your business address is within the EU, but outside of Ireland. If this applies to you, you qualify to self-assess your VAT at your EU member state’s local rate.
