To let someone else in your organization act as a Google Voice ring group manager, such as assigning members to the ring group or setting up outbound call rules, give them the ring group management role.
Note: Managers must have a Google Voice license and phone number before they can access the Google Voice web app.
Assign ring group managers to a ring group

Sign in with an administrator account to the Google Admin console.
If you aren’t using an administrator account, you can’t access the Admin console.

- Click Ring Groups.
- Click the ring group you want to assign a manager to.
- Click Managers.
- Click Total.
- Under Find users, enter the usernames of the managers you want to assign to this ring group.
- Click Save.
