View and print payment receipts

Applies to G Suite, Cloud Identity Premium, and other paid services managed in the Google Admin console.

Applies only if you purchased your service directly from Google. If you purchased your service from a reseller, contact your reseller for help. Not sure? See: Are you a direct or resold customer?

Note: If you’re deleting your Google account for G Suite or Cloud Identity, you should both print your payment receipts as described here and download and print your invoices.

To view and print a receipt for a payment that you've made in your Google billing account:

  1. Sign in to your Google Admin console.

    Sign in using your administrator account (does not end in @gmail.com).

  2. From the Admin console dashboard, go to Billing.
  3. Next to your subscription, click Actions and then Access billing account.
  4. Under Transactions, click View Transactions and Documents.
  5. Select a date range from the drop-down menu at the top of the list.
  6. Locate the transaction and click its payment link in the Description column. A window opens showing a printable receipt.
