Change billing currency

Applies to G Suite, Google Drive Enterprise, other paid subscriptions in your Google Admin console.

If your business address is in Brazil, India, or Mexico, and you selected U.S. dollars as your billing currency when you set up billing for your Google service, you can switch to your local currency later.

For Drive Enterprise billing, switching to the local currency is available for India only.

If you switch to your local currency, you can’t go back to using U.S. dollars.

Change from U.S. dollars to local currency

  1. Sign in to your Google Admin console.

    Sign in using your administrator account (does not end in @gmail.com).

  2. From the Admin console Home page, go to Billing.
  3. To the left of the relevant subscription, click the Down arrow Down Arrow .
  4. Next to your currency type, click change.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your subscription in your local currency.

After the change

After you change your currency, we’ll cancel your existing subscription and create a new one with the new currency. Any remaining charges in the older currency get charged on your current payment method. You’re charged for the new subscription from the day of the change. You still have access to the billing history for the older subscription.
