Manage Calendar Labs

Note: Calendar Labs is no longer available to users and is scheduled to be removed from the Admin console. 

Calendar Labs allow users to try new or experimental Google Calendar features. If you enable labs, users can select or remove available tools in their own calendar. Calendar Labs don't affect the content or base functionality of people's calendars, nor do they alter any settings applied by the administrator. See Lab features to see what Labs are currently available.

The Calendar Labs feature is enabled when you sign up for G Suite.

Enable or disable Calendar Labs

  1. Sign in to your Google Admin console.

  2. Click Apps > G Suite > Calendar > Advanced settings.

  3. If you have multiple organizational units, select the organization for which you want to set calendar labs options.
  4. In the Calendar Labs section, check or uncheck Enable Labs for my users.
  5. Click Save changes.

It may take up to 24 hours before changes take effect.
