To earn the sign-up bonus points, you must create an account and agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy. After you set up at least one of your devices, you can redeem your points.
Convert points to dollars
You can earn reward points in the Online Insights Study. You can use your points to redeem gift cards for $1 per 100 points. Additional terms may apply.
Earn points
When you enroll your devices in the study, you can earn up to 250 points every week.
For a computer: You can earn 100 points.
For a phone or tablet: You can earn 150 points.
Check your points balance
To check your points balance, go to your portal. If you didn't earn the rewards you expected, check the status of your devices. If you have questions, contact our support team.
Redeem points
When you enroll at least one device, you can redeem points at any time. When you reach 20,000 points, you can automatically redeem points for an Amazon gift card for $200. Once points are redeemed, please allow 24-48 hours for the gift card to arrive to your email. Additional terms may apply.
Tip: The Online Insights Study awards points every Monday based on the devices that are actively enrolled in the study. If you have fully enrolled at least one device, you can redeem the points for gift cards at any time.
