How do I move a channel up to the top in my list of tv channels?

There are several ordering options for the Live guide. On TVs and streaming boxes, the selector appears as three horizontal lines located just above the channel list. Clicking on that gives you sort options of Default, Custom, Most watched, A-Z and Z-A. On mobile devices and web browser, looks for a "Sort" indictor to switch. 

 

The Custom option can be modified to list channels in order of preference and even hide unwanted channels. Customization must be performed on a smartphone, tablet or web browser--the Custom sort order cannot be modified directly on a TV, however any changes made will also be applied to the TV display. 

 

On a mobile device or PC, click on your user icon and go to Settings then Live Guide. Use the radio buttons on the left to select channels to be included in the Custom guide. The tabs on the right can be used to slide channels up or down in the custom guide. Close out of the customization screen after complete. Changes will be applied to all devices utilizing the custom guide. 

 

 

When new channels or packages are made available, users must typically update their Custom guide in order to see the new content.
