Important information to include when reporting YouTube TV issues

Announcement
Hi everyone!

Before reporting an issue you're facing while watching YouTube TV, we recommend trying these troubleshooting steps. If these don't help, we will need some key information to help our engineering team troubleshoot. If you can proactively share this information, it will allow us to look into your issue more quickly and efficiently. You can also feel free to contact our support team here for assistance.

Network Specific Issues: Issues that only seem to be happening on one specific channel.
  • Please either share your Call Sign or the specific channel you're watching and the city you're watching from.
    • For example: You can let us know your call sign is KNBCDT or that you're watching NBC in Los Angeles.

Other Issues: Issues that seem to be happening across multiple channels/devices or are device specific.
  • Please share a picture of your Stats for Nerds and your specific device (make and model).
    • You can take a picture of your Stats for Nerds from your computer, TV or mobile device by following these steps:
      • On your TV:
        1. Open the YouTube TV app on your TV, and play a video
        2. Go to the player controls, then select More
        3. Select the bug icon. Stats for nerds will be displayed on top of the video while the video is playing
        4. Take a clear photo of the Stats for Nerd
      • On your computer:
        1. Go to a video watch page
        2. Right-click on the video player, then select Stats for Nerds. Stats for nerds will be displayed over the video while it's playing
        3. Take a screenshot or a clear photo of the Stats for Nerd
      • On your mobile device:
        1. Play a video, then tap More
        2. Tap the Stats pulse. Stats for Nerds will be displayed on top of the video while the video is playing
        3. Take a screenshot of the Stats for Nerds

Voice every time I hit a button is driving me nuts
That would be coming from your tv or streaming device’s accessibility settings, not YouTube tv.
