• When creating a new thread make it clear if you are
  1. Starting a discussion with other viewers
  2. Giving feedback for YouTube product teams
  3. Asking a question
• If you have a question or are running into an issue, be sure to include the following details in your thread: 
  • What issue are you facing?
  • Is it across devices or specific to one device?
  • Is it across networks or specific to one network?
  • What city are you watching from?
• Do not include personal information like your email address, password, phone number, etc. When including error messages or screenshots, be sure to redact any personal information that may be visible.
