Here’s all that’s launched at YouTube Music from July to Nov. To remind you, every quarter we’ll update you on all the new things happening at YouTube Music! As always we want to hear your thoughts on these launches so drop a comment or even upvote/downvote the changes mentioned below.

You can now share interesting or funny comments you find on YouTube Music videos with your friends, just like you can on YouTube. This makes it easier to connect with others over music and share your thoughts and reactions.

2024 Recap
Your personalized 2024 Recap is ready! This interactive experience highlights your top songs, artists, and albums of the year. It includes new stats like your listening timeline, a description of your music taste, and even a movie character that matches your vibe. You'll also find stats about your podcast listening habits and improved image quality throughout the recap.

Pin function on Speed Dial
You can now pin your favorite music to the Speed Dial section on the home page. This allows you to quickly access your go-to playlists, albums, and artists without having to search for them.
Improved playlist sorting
You now have more control over how your playlists are organized on the YouTube Music website. Sort them by title, artist, date added, and more, just like you can in the mobile app.
Collaborative playlistsYou can now create playlists together with friends! Everyone invited to a collaborative playlist can add videos, making it perfect for parties, road trips, or any occasion where you want to share music with others. We're also working on adding more features to collaborative playlists, like the ability to vote for your favorite songs.

Landscape Mode on iOS
You can now browse the YouTube Music app in landscape mode on iOS. This is a follow up to the Android landscape launch last year.

You can now personalize your playlists by uploading your own images as cover art on the YouTube Music website.

Speed Dial
You’ll notice that we've replaced the "Listen Again" shelf with Speed Dial, a redesigned space for your recently played content. It features a grid layout, smooth scrolling, and eye-catching animations to make browsing your music more engaging. Only on mobile.

Simplified swipe-to-remove
Managing your playlists on mobile devices is now more intuitive. A single swipe action is all it takes for you to remove a song from a playlist! Only on mobile.

Podcasts on Android Auto and Apple CarPlay
If you’re an ad-supported listener, you can now listen to podcasts through YouTube Music while using Android Auto or Apple CarPlay. Previously, this was only available to Premium members or those with uploaded music content! We’re happy to bring this to everyone on YouTube Music instead!

Improved Haptics on Android
We have improved the haptics experience on Android. You may now feel some subtle buzzes reactive to your touch during actions such as pull to refresh, double tap to like, and voice/sound search.

You’ll now find it easier to get to key actions on the Artist detail page - thanks to a redesigned header! You’ll see options to subscribe to the artist and start an artist radio.

Importing playlists from other music services is now more efficient and accurate. This means you can easily migrate your playlists from other services. More at our Help Center!

Artist top listener badges
If you're among the top listeners for an artist in a given month, you may receive a special badge. These badges are collected in the "YouTab" on YouTube and the "Badges" tab on YouTube Music. You can share your badges, delete them, or opt out of receiving them.

Podcast providers can now create links that directly open YouTube Music and pre-fill the "add podcast by URL" dialog box. This makes it much simpler for you to add podcasts to your library from various sources - like your favorite Podcast creator’s website!
