Bandsintown profile as YouTube Studio doesn’t let you update concert dates directly.
If you’re a music artist on YouTube, you may be eligible to feature your upcoming concert listings on YouTube.
Ticket shelves are automatically enabled on eligible artist channels. Once enabled, viewers who watch official music content from your YouTube channel will find links to tickets for available event dates on video pages. We’ll display the event that is geographically closest to you, and other event dates.
Ticketing features are not shown to fans watching from mobile browsers or from living room devices. On desktop, the ticketing shelf will appear directly underneath the video player. On the YouTube Main mobile app, ticketing will appear within the mobile watch feed. Sold out events will not be displayed on the shelf.
Channel Eligibility
To be considered for ticketing features, you must:
- Have a YouTube Official Artist Channel
- Have a music attraction ID with any of the supported ticketers (listed below)
- Have upcoming concerts in any of the supported countries where viewers of your videos can see the ticketing shelf (listed below)
Supported ticketers
- Bandsintown
- Bandsintown works with ticketing partners and artists to aggregate concert information and provides that event data to YouTube. Concert event information (including any price, offer, or additional fees) is determined by ticket sellers or event organizers and may change. YouTube does not sell tickets to these events and is not responsible for the concert events or the event information provided by third parties.
Note: Youtube is partnering with Bandsintown to allow artists with Official Artists Channels to display upcoming concert event information to users on Youtube. As part of this change, we will be ending our existing partnerships with our current set of supported ticketers, listed below.

- SeeTickets
- Ticketmaster
- DICE
The supported ticketer (not Google) is responsible for all aspects of ticket sales including, but not limited to, order fulfillment, refunds, customer service, inventory management, and payment. We may add new ticketers to partner with in the future, so check back for updates.
Supported countries
Viewers located in the following countries/regions are able to view ticketing features:
- Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States
Opt in or out of ticketing features
All eligible artist channels are opted in to ticketing features. If you think you’re eligible, contact your YouTube Partner Manager or send feedback.
To disable ticketing on your artist channel:
- Sign in to YouTube Studio.
- In the left-hand menu, click Concerts.
- Next to “Sell tickets through YouTube," toggle the ticketing option off.
To add ticketing features back to your channel, toggle the ticketing option on.
Ticketing policies
Your use of the ticketing features must comply with YouTube Terms of Service, including the YouTube Community Guidelines.
Violations of these terms and policies could result in suspension or termination of your use of the ticketing features (including any related feature) or in account termination, in accordance with those policies.
If you do not agree with any of the above, please do not use ticketing features. You can also disable ticketing features at any time.
Data sharing and event metrics
Supported ticketers receive data relating to traffic coming from the YouTube ticketing features for their analytics.
Ticket sales and revenue data are no longer available in YouTube Studio. To find this data, please reach out directly to your ticketing provider.
FAQs
I am not familiar with Bandsintown, what actions do I need to take on their site?
Bandsintown aggregates event data directly from artists and a number of ticketing services/promoters and shares this with YouTube, so your concert information will likely already be shared with YouTube. Check the Concerts tab in YouTube Studio to make sure your upcoming events are appearing. If your event appears in Studio, then no action is needed from you. To ensure that your events are accurately updated on your Official Artist Channel, be sure to
link your YouTube channel to your Bandsintown artist profile.

How do I enable or disable showing concert information on YouTube?

I am a Partner Manager for a non-music client, are we able to offer ticketing for non-music events or non-Official Artist Channels?
At this time, ticketing on YouTube is only available to Official Artist Channels.
How does YouTube determine which concerts are shown to users?
Concert events listed are based on the artist featured in the video you are watching, channels you have subscribed to, or your past activity while signed in to YouTube, including artists you search for. If there are multiple ticket sellers for a given event, they will be listed in alphabetical order.
