YouTube needs to verify your country in order to show the plans and offers available to you. If you get a message saying, “We couldn’t verify your country,” follow the steps below to fix the issue.
- Connect to a different network.
- Use a different device.
- Purchase YouTube Premium on the mobile app:
- On your phone or tablet, open the YouTube app.
- Sign in to the Google account where you'd like to start your membership.
- Select your profile picture
> Get YouTube Premium or Get Music Premium.
- If eligible, start your trial. Otherwise, follow the steps to start your paid membership.

youtube.com/premium or
youtube.com/musicpremium.
