I want the text messages coming into also to be forwarded to the linked numbers.

Hi Ferdinand Munoz, welcome to the free, consumer version of Google Voice (a telephony product) community forum!

That is not an option with Google Voice. You can only send, or receive text messages by using the website, or the Google Voice app on your mobile phone.
