The Google retail store sells some of the items you can buy on store.google.com and shop.googlemerchandisestore.com. Purchases at the Google retail store are subject to availability.

Payment methods
Refunds & returns
- If you want to return or exchange an item you got at the Google retail store: For the terms and conditions, check store.google.com/returns.
- If you bought an item at the Google retail store with cash and want a refund: You can visit the Google retail store to get your refund in cash.
- You'll receive your refund in Store credit when you return your item online.
Onsite repair
- You can get any Pixel 2 and newer phone purchased in the US repaired onsite at the Google retail store.
- To schedule an appointment, go to the store locations page.
- If your Pixel phone has Preferred Care, visit Assurant's website to file a claim.
- Tip: If your Pixel device is out-of-warranty, you can still get it fixed onsite at the Google retail store.
Trade-ins
You can bring your old phone to the Google retail store to trade it in for a new Pixel phone. We’ll assess your phone and give you a quote for trade-in credit. When you buy your new phone, we’ll apply the credit to the retail price.

Other services
