Labels, automated rules, custom columns, automated bid strategies, and other campaign management data you create in a Search Ads 360 manager account are available only within Search Ads 360. Data you create in a client account is available both from Search Ads 360 and from the external account if the external account supports shared management of the data.
For example:
If you create a label in... | The label is visible in... |
---|---|
A Search Ads 360 manager account | Search Ads 360 only |
A Google Ads account, from either Google Ads or the new Search Ads 360 | The Google Ads account, either when signed in directly to Google Ads or when accessing the account from the new Search Ads 360 |
A Microsoft Advertising account, from Microsoft Advertising | Microsoft Advertising only |
A Microsoft Advertising account, from the new Search Ads 360 |
Search Ads 360 only (the label is owned by the Search Ads 360 manager account by default) |
The new Search Ads 360 currently supports a maximum of 1000 labels at each level.
For example, 1000 labels can be defined at the manager level, and each sub-manager level, which includes those inherited from the manager level.
